Agreed. I feel like I should put someone else instead of Akame and Leone though.

Akame alone takes this at a high difficulty. Her agility and strategic ways in combat assure her of such an outcome.
With an extra partner, another very agile one at that, will render this a low diff battle.
Add another to Bors side to try and make this fair, possibly a restricted Rabac.

First of all:
1. How did you come to the conclusion that Akame can even push Wave to medium difficulty, let alone high difficulty?
2. How exactly does Bors beat Wave?

It was a mix up, Leon. I thought it was Akame and Leone versus Bors.
As for my second post, Bors can literally cook Wave alive if he gets closer to him and within range of Rubricante. Technically, he always is within range. But no missing range.
As a last resort, there is always the self destruct method that Bors can both evade and use on his enemy.

Akame evaded Bors' fire without much trouble to be honest. Wave is someone who is obviously above Akame in the speed category so evading Rubicante's fire wouldn't be that hard. More so, it's doubtful than Grand Chariot cannot tank some hits.
As for the self destruction, exactly. It was evaded by Bors at close range. Not only does Wave have armor on himself that would save him, but he is also extremely fast.

The fact of the matter is Akame has proven to be incredibly more agile than Wave, and wearing heavy armor, wheher hindering him or not, makes it significantly harder.
He is a close ranged fighter who must come close. All Bors must do is wait for Wave to get within distance to the point where he can't evade, and the Grand Chariot can tank it. Doesn't mean the heat won't cook and make a terrible time for Wave, however.

The thing is; You're implying how Bors will even see Wave crossing the distance from long or medium range into close range. He won't. Wave was capable of crossing the distance that is from below the trees to well above the trees [Link], completely shocking Mine. Do not that Mine could somewhat follow Akame's speed with her eyes, but couldn't follow Wave at all and was completely shocked. Hence the ''!!''. With a single push of his legs forward, Wave will cross a large distance while Bors' eyes won't even be able to see him crossing that distance, let alone aim at him with Rubicante. Wave would be right in front of him before he could do anything. Do note that even Tatsumi couldn't follow Wave's speed. More so, Bors got tagged by Akame, it will be only an easier job for Wave. And then there's the fact that he could quickly keep on circling Bors like Akame did so that he can't tag him.
Wave isn't as agile as Akame, yes, but his speed makes up for it. The flames will be avoided just like Mine's shots were. Tagging Wave with Rubicante when Pumpkin couldn't is an impossible mission. Worst case scenario, Bors uses Rubicante's Trump card which forces Wave to run away from it or tank it head on like Leone did with the guard's shield. Grand Chariot is probably forced to come off, Wave exists it and beats a Teiguless Bors in a fist fight or simply using the Grand Chariot's Key (The sword) to kill Bors.

Wave dodged her shot the first time and blitzed Rabac. So no, she knew he was fast.

Doesn't change the fact that she can't follow his movement. She saw his speed and that statement was the result of her being unable to follow his movement

In what way was it that she couldn't follow his movement? You give no evidence other than the "!!!" which I already addressed. If she couldn't follow his movement she wouldn't even be able to get any shot off, Wave had to dodge it means that she already followed him perfectly, he only took advantage of the bullet travel time and dodged.

It's not nearly as hard to follow someone movements when that someone isn't moving around, but is fighting with your ally. All she had to do is see Rabac's position to know where she has to shot in order to try tag Wave. However, Wave completely covered a large distance within a second, escaping her sight. The ''!!'' is enough evidence.

I already explained pretty clearly she was surprised at his ability, no where was it even implied he went out of her sight, she still kept him in sight fine at all time. That part again, implied that she was surprised at his ability as she didn't expect it, and it was explicitly stated the next page. She followed Grand Fall perfectly and got him, his fastest attack. That "!!!" isn't an argument or not a good one at that.
